About Us

The Emerson Law team consists of Sandy Emerson, Matt Swenson, and Jacqueline Barnes. Both attorneys graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law.  Jacqueline Barnes, who has a bachelor's degree in English from Taylor University in addition to a degree in the culinary arts, brings a unique perspective to our firm. Completing our team is our beloved staff dog Kirby, who serves as the "head of security" and enjoys joining us in meetings, adding a touch of warmth to our office environment.
